Klassman seed tray compost is a premium, peat-free organic substrate specifically formulated for seed germination and the early growth of young plants. It features a fine particle size, which ensures excellent seed-to-soil contact and supports high germination rates. The main ingredients are 80% organic coir (coconut fibre) and 20% high-quality composted green waste, creating a sustainable and environmentally friendly mix.
This compost is intentionally lower in nutrients than multipurpose compost, providing the ideal conditions for seeds to sprout without the risk of nutrient burn. It is approved for organic horticulture, making it suitable for growing microgreens, wheatgrass, and a wide variety of seedlings.
