Following an overview of deployable renewable energy options in domestic & commercial applications, we will focus in on solar PV and wind systems. Such areas will be covered as system sizing, mounting of the solar array/ wind turbine, battery selection, balance of system components selection, future maintenance and the use of a multimeter. The course will cover both off and on grid applications from small scale upwards.
