Attractive mixture of light green, dark green and red garden orache. Plant outdoors from the beginning of March to the end of May for harvesting from mid-April to the end of July. Freshly harvested, mildly aromatic leaves are an ideal addition to colorful salads. When cut as a whole plant, can be prepared like spinach.
